The Sri Kodandaramaswamy Temple at Vontimitta is one of the finest examples of Vijayanagara temple architecture in Andhra Pradesh. The temple is dedicated to Lord Rama and houses the idols of Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana.

Built in the 16th century, it is famous for its monolithic stone mandapa columns and its exquisite gopuram. The temple is believed to be the site where the celestial arrow of Rama fell to earth.
