The Varahanatha Temple (also Yajna Varaha) is dedicated to Lord Varaha, the boar avatar of Vishnu. Situated on the banks of the Vaitarani River, it forms an important part of the Jajpur pilgrimage circuit.
The temple is renowned for containing multiple images of Varaha and is considered one of the few prominent ancient temples in India entirely dedicated to this avatar.
