Sundaresvara Temple at Tirukkattulai in Pudukkottai district is an early Chola all-granite temple built around 890 CE by King Aditya I. It is one of the best-preserved early Chola temples retaining its seven subsidiary shrines (ashta-parivara).
The square granite vimana features sculpted wall niches housing Dakshinamurthy, Brahma, and Lingodbhava.
