Nirmand Ambika & Parashurama Temples in Kullu district is known as the "Kashi of the Himalayas", preserving ancient timber-and-stone pagoda temples dedicated to Ambika Devi and Lord Parashurama. A 7th-century copper plate inscription documents its royal patronage.
The temples feature intricate deodar wood carvings and slate roofs, hosting the famous Bunda festival every 12 years.
