Gandai Shiva Temple in Khairagarh district is an 11th-century stone shrine patronized by the Phani Nagavanshi dynasty. Built of local grey sandstone, it features a curvilinear shikhara, carved entrance jambs with Ganga and Yamuna, and detailed wall sculptures.
The site is an important landmark of Nagavanshi architectural heritage in western Chhattisgarh.
