Changdeo Temple stands at the sacred confluence (sangam) of the Tapi and Purna rivers in Jalgaon district. Built in the 12th-century Hemadpanthi style using black basalt stone without mortar, it is named after saint Changdev Maharaj.
Intricately carved pillars and wall niches depict Shaiva deities and mythological dancers, attracting thousands during Mahashivaratri.
