Chandravati Temple Ruins

Chandravati Temple Ruins on the banks of the Chandrabhaga River near Jhalrapatan preserve the remains of ancient Chandravati — a prosperous 7th–10th century temple city that predated modern Jhalrapatan.

The site features ruined stone plinths, carved pillar shafts, gargoyles, and sculpted torana fragments showing the evolution of Hadoti stone carving across three centuries.
