Chandpur Temple Ruins in Lalitpur district preserves ruins of over 20 Chandela-era stone temples scattered across scrub forest. Built between the 10th and 11th centuries, the site features Vishnu, Shiva, and Jain shrines.
Carved doorframes, lotus ceiling medallions, and dikpala guardian reliefs document the architectural ambition of the Chandelas outside Khajuraho and Mahoba.
