Bahulara Siddheshvara Temple

Bahulara Siddheshvara Temple in Bankura district is a majestic 11th-century brick Rekha deul standing nearly 60 feet tall — the tallest surviving ancient brick temple spire in West Bengal. The brick exterior is carved with intricate terracotta relief plaster panels depicting mini-deuls, floral motifs, and divine figures.

Dedicated to Shiva, it also holds ancient Jain and Buddhist stone relief sculptures within its precinct, reflecting Bankura multi-religious history.
